Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit the bleach water bottle was accessible to the children on a low shelf. The kitchen door was open and accessible to the children and there were monster drinks, laundry detergent and gain spray on the floor in an open space. The cabinet under the kitchen sink had containers of bleach, home and plant dishwasher pods, cascade dishwasher pods, rinse aid, finish Powerball, and carpet cleaner. The office door was wide open making it accessible to the children and there was Zep, acid bowl cleaner (for toilet) sitting on a low shelf and could been seen just looking into the door. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b): There open area children go through to get to the bathrooms is being used as storage to store toilet paper, gain fireworks cleaner, garbage bags (at the very top of the storage shelf), gloves, masks, towels, mop head, and opened gain dryer sheets. WAC 110-300-0260(5): At the time of the site visit there was a vacuum cleaner in the pathway area to the bathroom accessible to the children.
